    The cancellation terms shown on the booking page and in the confirmation email are provided for reference. In case of any inconsistency, this Cancellation Policy shall prevail.
  • In the case of cancellation due to unforeseen events, including natural disasters, emergencies, or provider-side issues, we will issue a full refund.

2. Modifications to Reservation

  • Changes to your reservation, including the date or time, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • We will try our best to accommodate changes, but please notify us as early as possible.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If your tour is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), we will offer you a full refund or allow you to reschedule without any penalty.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation or change request.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
