1. Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 6 days before your scheduled tour.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days of the tour will receive a partial refund (50% of the booking amount).

2. Modifications to Reservation

  • Changes to your reservation, including the date or time, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • We will try our best to accommodate changes, but please notify us as early as possible.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If your tour is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), we will offer you a full refund or allow you to reschedule without any penalty.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation or change request.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
