2. Pricing Information

Service Prices:

Half Day Tour (Approx. 4 Hours): ¥12,000 + actual expenses (e.g., entrance fees, meals, toll charges, parking fees)
Full-Day Tour(Approx. 8 Hours): ¥24,000 + actual expenses (e.g., entrance fees, meals, toll charges, parking fees)

Additional charges may apply for special requests, so please consult with us in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

2.Cancellations Due to Company Responsibility

In cases of weather disruptions or force majeure, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
