Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellations made 6 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour date will incur a 50% charge.

Examples : If your tour is on January 10th

Cancel on January 4th or earlier: Full refund
Cancel on January 5th or later: 50% refund

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

　To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

Include your booking details for faster processing.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Processing fees or currency conversion charges may apply and are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Changes to your booking are subject to availability.
We offer flexible scheduling, but requests should be made at least 3 days in advance for optimal planning. Changes within 3 days of the tour date may be subject to availability.

5. Exceptions

　Kanazawa Experience reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in extraordinary circumstances, such as:

Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
Emergency situations with valid documentation.
