Cancellation Deadlines

▶︎ Hands-on Experience Tours
(e.g., cooking class, Zen meditation, taiko drum experience)
- These tours require advance facility bookings and payments, so no refund will be given after the booking is confirmed.
- If you need to change the date or number of participants, please contact us as early as possible.
▶︎ Accompanied Sightseeing Tours
(e.g., food tours, city walks, general guiding)
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will be non-refundable.
